Pamela Wilson is the dynamic author of Finding Soul Brothers: Dismantling Black Christian Racialism and asks a few challenging questions about Christians and race.

In Finding Soul Brothers: Dismantling Black Christian Racialism, former journalist Pamela Wilson challenges fellow African-American Christians to depart from longstanding social and political patterns based on race. Instead, she argues, they should assume a faith-based agenda, which would more closely align with their spiritual beliefs. For some that means choosing between supporting issues of social equality and affirmative action, which have long been the focus of Black Christians; or focusing on spiritual authority, family values and morality, which have traditionally been more associated with national evangelical movements. With clear examples and thorough corroboration, the book shows how and why some African-American Christians have been molded into an entity that often behaves like secular Black society. Though African-Americans are the demographic most likely to be involved in “religious” beliefs and practices, studies indicate that many do not have a "Biblical worldview". Pamela Wilson started out as a newspaper journalists with a degree in journalism from Georgia State University and has done masters work in Urban Studies. She currently runs Prime Access Media and resides in the Metro Atlanta area.
